About The Micro Art Gallery at Brambleton Library
The Micro Art Gallery is an award-winning and nationally recognized program within Brambleton Library’s Teen Services, offering Loudoun County teen artists (ages 12-19) a professional solo exhibition of their original artworks and performances for free.
This provides an excellent opportunity for the tens of thousands of patrons who visit Brambleton Library each month to view their work. Additionally, artists host a one-hour public exhibition reception, inviting family, friends, library patrons, and teachers to celebrate their accomplishments.
Teen artists gain valuable experience in submitting exhibition proposals, writing artist statements, and speaking about their art, while also developing an understanding of the curatorial process in the visual and performing arts.
